Delivery and Returns

Our professionally trained installation team will deliver your products on time, efficiently and with minimal fuss for you. When buying the perfect piece of furniture, you have to be certain that it is fully functioning and built to the highest standard. You can trust our installation team to do just that.

By insisting on full preparation, punctuality and careful consideration of the customer’s needs we can assure you that you will be impressed by the products that you buy and have installed.

To assure the best possible outcome we will ask some detailed questions about the space that you intend to install your new purchase. We may ask for details about the floor, wall type, floor coverings, dimensions, ceiling heights and floor plans. After years of experience, we’ve learnt that more information helps us prepare for total customer satisfaction. If there are any issues or concerns we may organise for a site visit to help with this process.

Our installation team will require good access to the location. By liaising directly with the client, we can plan the best time for delivery and make every certainty that the installation is completed quickly and efficiently.

Returns

We conform with the Distance Selling Regulations and all goods can be returned if they do not meet your requirements. However, the following conditions apply:

Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of goods. We may not accept goods returned outside of these time limits or, in certain circumstances, we may issue a credit note. This is at the discretion of Catalog Ltd. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return label or to arrange collection.

Returned goods must be returned with all parts, packaging, instructions and must be in perfect condition. A refund will not be made unless all of these conditions are met.

Goods must not be used in any way. This includes lighting which, once fitted, cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for selecting a suitable means of returning the goods to us and must take responsibility for their safe return to us, taking out insurance if required.

Postage to the customer and the return postage will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a return, issue a credit note or apply re-stock charges for special order items.

You will then receive your refund within 14 days of Catalog Ltd receiving the goods back, provided they are in good resale condition.
